基于ARM Cortex-M3的汽车摇窗电机综合性能测试系统

     

摘要

为了高效、便捷地对摇窗电机进行多项性能测试,设计了以STM32F103芯片作为数字信号控制器的总体摇窗电机测试系统框图、嵌入式测控板.通过该嵌入式测试系统的软、硬件设计,满足了摇窗电机的多项测试需求.试验表明,该系统运行稳定、可靠,测试精度在允许范围内,能够满足摇窗电机生产过程中测试应用.%In order to test the performance of the window lifter motor efficiently and conveniently,overall window lifter motor test system block diagram and embedded measurement and control board are designed as digital signal controller with STM32F103 chip.The software and hardware design of the embedded test system meets test requirements of the rolling window motor.The experiment shows that the system is stable and reliable,and the testing accuracy is within the allowable range.It can meet the test application in the production process of the window lifter motor.
