在介绍铸铁造纸烘缸材料和结构特点的基础上，分析铸铁造纸烘缸的常见缺陷，介绍目前铸铁烘缸无损探伤的关键技术。针对铸铁造纸烘缸的材料和结构特点，分析这些技术在铸铁烘缸无损检测方面存在的局限性，并结合世界研究热点提出了铸铁造纸烘缸无损检测技术发展趋势，强调了超声波检测新技术的重要地位。%Based on introducing material and structural characteristics, the paper analyses the common defects of cast iron paper dryers, and gives out the current NDT key technologies. According to the material and structural characteristics, it analyses the limitations of these techniques in testing cast iron dryer defects. The paper introduces the developing trend of non-destructive testing technologies for dryer defects and emphasizes the important role of ultrasonic testing new technologies.
