高可再生能源渗透率下考虑预测误差的微电网经济调度模型

     

摘要

提出了一种高可再生能源渗透率下考虑预测误差的微电网经济调度模型,由日前计划和实时调度两层组成。日前计划层考虑间歇性能源预测误差的情况下制定微电网的运行计划;实时调度层根据间歇性能源功率预测误差实时修正运行计划并进行电压和潮流优化。在可再生能源高渗透率的情况下,所提出的模型有效地修正了预测误差引起的可再生能源功率波动。仿真结果表明,所提出的模型能够充分利用可再生能源,协调分布式电源和储能系统,实现微电网经济、安全、稳定运行。%An economic dispatch model for microgrid with high renewable energy resource penetration considering forecast errors is proposed.This model consists of two layers:the day-ahead schedule layer and the real-time dispatch layer.In the day-ahead schedule layer,an operational scheme for microgrid is obtained with considering the forecast errors of intermittent resources.In the real-time dispatch layer,the operational scheme is corrected in time according to the forecast errors of intermittent resources,while the voltage and the power flow are optimized.Under a high penetration of renewable resources, the proposed model can effectively correct the power fluctuation of renewable resources caused by the forecast errors. Simulation results on the study case system show that the proposed model can make full use of the renewable energy resources, while coordinating distributed generators and energy storage systems for the economic,safe and stable operation of microgrid.
