2014年国际大电网会议学术动态系列报道系统运行与控制技术

摘要

介绍了国际大电网委员会(CIGRE)系统运行与控制专委会(SC C2)的研究领域、现阶段关注热点、近期活动、工作组设置、2014年会情况以及2014—2016年度主要学术活动安排和优先课题，重点描述了2014年 CIGRE 年会有关电力系统调度计划和实时运行的新挑战、输电与配电业务互动中出现的运行新问题两个优先课题的入选论文及研讨内容，并对系统运行与控制的相关技术进行了展望。%Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the research fields,current concerns,recent activities and working groups of study committee of system operation and control (SC C2)of CIGRE 2014.The preferential subjects of SC C2 of CIGRE 201 6 are also described.And then the details of discussion and the related papers of the two preferential subjects (managing new challenges in operational planning and real-time operation of electric power systems,emerging operational issues for transmission and distribution interaction) are given.Finally,a look-ahead of the development trend of system operation and control technologies and the technical issues that should be focused on is presented.
