德国道路交通安全宣传教育概况及思考

摘要

通过实地走访德国相关交通管理政府部门、社会组织和专业研究机构，概括介绍了德国的道路交通安全宣传教育情况和具体做法，主要包括面向各类重点人群开展针对性的宣传教育、宣传教育实现社会化、关于交通秩序和通行规则的宣传和引导、以及注重宣传教育的细节和实效等方面，并结合我国国情提出了几点思考和建议。%Based on the field visit of Germany traffic management government department, social organizations and professional research institutes, this essay introduced the situation and practices of Germany traffic safety publicity and education, which involved the targeted publicity on focus group, socialized publicity and education, guidelines about traffic orders and efficient details of education. Finaly, some thinking and suggestions were put forward.
