高功率脉冲加热条件下燃料模块流动传热特性研究

     

摘要

在Z箍缩驱动的聚变-裂变混合堆中,聚变中子源以脉冲形式释放,裂变燃料在释放能量过程中具有强烈的脉冲特性.本文通过对水冷包层中的燃料模块进行抽取与建模,采用Fluent程序与集总参数法分别模拟分析了燃料模块在脉冲加热条件下的流动传热特性.采用Fluent程序对集总参数法模拟脉冲加热的可行性进行了论证,并分析了不同材料热物性对流动传热特性的影响.计算结果表明:集总参数法具有模拟脉冲加热的能力;脉冲加热条件下,流体出口温度与流量将发生振荡,且提高燃料热容与降低压力管热导率可有效降低该振荡.%In the Z-Pinch fusion-fission hybrid reactor , the fusion neutron source is released in the form of pulse ,and the intense pulse characteristic would exist in the energy-releasing process of the fission fuel .On the basis of extracting the fuel module from the water cooling blanket ,the flow and heat transfer characteristics were simulated and analyzed using Fluent program and lumped parameter method ,respectively .The practicability of lumped parameter method in simulating pulse heating was demonstrated by Fluent program ,and the effects of material thermophysical property on flow and heat transfer characteristics were analyzed .The calculation results show that lumped param-eter method can be used in simulating the flow and heat transfer under pulse heating . The outlet temperature and flow rate would oscillate under pulse heating ,and the oscil-lation could be weakened by increasing the heat capacity of fuel and decreasing the thermal conductivity of tube .
