偏钒酸铵对小鼠血清和肝脏转氨酶活力的影响

         

摘要

To investigate the effect of ammonium metavanadate on the activity of transaminase in serum and liver of mice, fifty Chinese Kung Ming mice were randomly divided into five groups in which the mice in control group were offered triple distilled water as drinking water, and the mice in four exposure groups were offered ammonium metavanadate solution as drinking water with the dosages of 5, 10, 15 and 20 mg ? Kg-1 ? D-1, respectively. After 15 days exposure, the activities of the alanine transaminase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in serum and liver of mice were determined. The results showed that the activities of serum ALT and AST in exposure groups increased as the ammonium metavanadate dosage increased, and the activities of liver ALT and AST in exposure groups decreased as the ammonium metavanadate dosage increased. No statistical significance in the ALT and AST activities of serum and liver was found between the control group and the 5 mg kg-1 ? D-1 dosage group (p >0.05), while there was statistical significance in the ALT and AST activities of serum and liver between the control group and the 10, 15 and 20 mg-kg-1 d-1 dosage groups (p <0.01). It was demonstrated that the liver cells of mice could be injured by ammonium metavanadate in the dosage range between 10 mg-kg-1·d-1 and 20 mg·kg-1·d-1.%为了考察偏钒酸铵对小鼠血清和肝脏转氨酶活力的影响,50只小鼠随机分为5组,对照组饮用三重蒸馏水,4个暴露组分别饮用剂量为5、10、15和20 mg·kg-1·d-1的偏钒酸铵,15 d后取血和肝脏样品,测定血清和肝脏中谷丙转氨酶(alanine transaminase,ALT)和谷草转氨酶(aspartate aminotransferase,AST)活力.结果 表明:暴露组小鼠血清中ALT和AST活力随着偏钒酸铵剂量的增加而升高,肝脏中ALT和AST活力随着偏钒酸铵剂量的增加而降低;与对照组相比,剂量为5mg·kg-1·d-组中小鼠血清和肝脏的ALT和AST活力差异无统计学意义(p>0.05),剂量为10、15和20 mg·kg-1·d-1各组中小鼠血清和肝脏ALT和 AST活力差异具有统计学意义(p<0.01).研究表明,偏钒酸铵在10~20 mg·kg-1·d-1剂量范围内可损伤小鼠肝细胞.
