连续流动分析法同时测定地表水中氨氮和总磷方法初探

         

摘要

采用连续流动分析仪对地表水中的氨氮和总磷同时测定,实验结果表明:用连续流动分析法同时测定氨氮和总磷,数字信号值与配制的浓度理论值形成良好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.005 mg/L和0.007 mg/L ,均低于经典的分光光度法,精密度和准确度较高,经对实际水样进行方法比对实验,2种方法测定样品结果无显著性差异,由此表明,连续流动分析法与分光光度法相比操作简单、分析速度快、自动化程度高,比较适合大批量样品的分析。%Simultaneous determination of nitrogen and phosphorous in surface water using continuous flow analyzer , experimental results show that the simultaneous determination of nitrogen and phosphorous ,the digital signal value and the concentration theoretical value form a good linear relationship with the continuous flow analysis method ,the detection limit is 0 .005 mg/L and 0 .007 mg/L ,it is lower than the classic spectrophotometry , high precision and accuracy , method comparison experiment show two methods no significant the difference .Compared to the continuous flow analysis and spectrophotometry ,the former has simple operation ,rapid analysis ,and high degree of automation ,more suitable for the analysis of large numbers of samples .
