科学合理地评价地铁站点的综合服务能力是分析地铁站点运行状况和配套设施情况的基础，也是新型城镇化背景下指导地铁站点建设与管理、进一步提升城市公共服务质量的战略措施。以地铁站点为评价单元，从地铁站点内、外部配套设施两方面选取44个指标，构建地铁站点综合服务能力评价指标体系，并以武汉市地铁二号线为例进行实证研究。结果表明：构建的评价指标体系能客观评价地铁站点的综合服务能力，与实际调查结果相符；地铁站点外部的公共服务设施制约着地铁站点的综合服务能力；城市地铁应重视外部服务设施的建设，均衡各区域公共资源，合理引导人口分布，提高地铁的服务效益，为新型城镇化服务。%Scientific and rational evaluation on the comprehensive service capacity of subway stations is the basis of analyzing the operating and ancillary facilities conditions and guiding the construction and management of subway stations, as well as for further improvement of the quality of urban public services .This paper takes Wuhan metro line as empirical research, choosing subway stations as the evaluation unit based on the selected 44 evalua-tion indexes from internal facilities and external ancillary facilities by building the comprehensive service capacity e-valuation system.The results show that:the system can objectively evaluate comprehensive service capacity of sub-way stations and consistent with the actual survey results;public service facilities and regional distribution of popu-lation outside the subway stations restrict the ability of subway comprehensive service; urban management should pay more attention to the external service facilities construction, regional public resources allocation, population distribution measurement, thus improving the subway service efficiency serving for China’ s new urbanization.
