乡村游憩型绿道的使用者行为与体验满意度研究

摘要

This paper took Liantang Spring segment of Zengcheng Greenway as an example , summarized and analyzed the categories , use pattern and experience satisfaction of rural greenway users .The results indicated that the users of rural greenway are clarified into 3 categories:recreation tourist, surrounding resident and the passer-by. Recreation , physical activity and close to the nature are the main purposes of greenway users .Self-driving users has occupied a large proportion , and cycling is the primary activity on the greenway .Most users are accompanied by relative , friend or classmate , and stay all day or half a day .They get information of the greenway mainly through in-terpersonal channels , and spend most of their money on food , transportation and local specialty .Users’ overall sat-isfaction of the greenway is relatively high , and the most influential factor for satisfaction is greenway design , fol-lowed by the environment and facility along the greenway .Specifically , greenway users are satisfied with the ecolog-ical environment , rural scenery and agricultural heritage along the greenway , while dissatisfied with the safety con-trol, recreational facility , and sanitary condition of the greenway .%以广州增城绿道莲塘春色段为研究对象，总结与分析了乡村游憩型绿道使用者的类型、行为特征及其体验满意度。研究发现：使用者包括休闲旅游者、周边居民和过路者三类，大都以休闲放松、运动健身、亲近自然为目的；自驾车出行的使用者占较大比重，骑自行车是绿道体验的基本方式，大多数使用者是与亲戚、朋友或同学结伴同行，停留时间大多为半天或一天；信息获取以人际渠道为主，消费行为以餐饮、交通和购买特产为主；对使用者总体满意度影响力最大的是绿道规划，其次是沿途环境和配套设施；使用者总体满意度较高，对绿道沿途生态环境、乡村风光和农业遗产评价较高，不满意之处集中在安全保障、游憩设施、卫生条件3个方面。
