绿色保障性住房的标准化模块设计与生产模式

摘要

在绿色保障性住房标准化设计框架构成的基础上,采用模块化设计方法,分别从住房的单元空间模块、户型模块、组合二维模块、组合三维模块四个方面,对绿色保障性住房进行了模块划分和分模块设计,实现了绿色保障性住房全的生命周期及性能的最优化.在绿色保障性住房的设计方面,提供了一套标准化模块设计体系,对设计的各个环节进行规范,确保绿色保障性住房产业化的顺利推进.同时对政府自行建设的生产模式和政府委托企业建设的生产模式进行了分析和探讨,为今后绿色保障性住房的生产模式选择提供了参考.%The green affordable housing standard design framework based on in the system,using modular design method,respectively from the housing unit space module,household module,the combination of two-dimensional module,combination of three-dimensional module four aspects,of green affordable housing were module division and module design,optimize the green affordable housing in the whole life cycle and performance.In the design of green affordable housing,this paper provides a set of standardized module design system,to regulate all aspects of the design,to ensure the smooth progress of the industrialization of green affordable housing.At the same time,the government's own construction mode of production and the government commissioned the construction of the model of production were analyzed and discussed,for the future of green affordable housing,the choice of the mode of production provides a reference.
