The technological innovation and the philosophy of the invention that is presented can solve the difficulties which exist in traditional construction. The simplified and precalculated modulation with equivalency to all structures facilitates a mechanical construction which improves the quality of the structure and reduces the weight by more than 30 percent. The prefabricated mass produced elements in the assembly allow for all existing materials, depending on the design, and thus the buildings can be programmed from fabrication onward and be as distinctive as the architects design them.
