现代材料在旧建筑改造中的表现特性

摘要

旧建筑作为文化传承的载体,时代发展的见证以及精神凝聚的代表成为城市中不可或缺的一部分,它极大地丰富了城市的内涵,衔接并体现了不同时期的社会生活方式以及生活态度,但随着时光流逝,旧建筑不可避免地衰败损耗,而现代材料参与旧建筑改造所具备的强大优势使旧建筑重现生机,展现魅力。本文试图认识和研究新材料的自身属性,侧重于现代材料运用于旧建筑改造中的表现特性研究,挖掘旧建筑潜能,实现价值的再利用。%Old building is becoming an integral part of the city as a carrier of regional culture,witness of development and representative of modern spirit.To a certain extent it has enriched the intensive properties of city with the value of history and the life style of different times,As time flies,the old building cant get full protection from the natural damages,So this thesis attempts to take the modern material intervening in the old building as an entry point,so as to deeply understand the modern material's owe features ,focus on the impression research,while digthe potential of old building and fulfil the value of old building.
