样板房作为商品房的推广手段,它的软装设计并不是直接出售给消费者,而是作为向消费者出售房屋的一个跳板,房地产开发商在样板房的室内设计上一向不惜成本,特别是软装设计。对于样板房的受众,人与人之间审美的主观性差异也会造成对设计的不同喜好,这种差异在实际中是设计管理者较难把握的。因此,在进行软装设计管理时有必要进行数据管理、分析,用数据来辅助决策,提高管理效率和效果。本文通过问卷调查的方式得到顾客对不同空间软装设计关注程度,建立空间权重数据,结合成本、关注点数据,分析成本分配和关注点分配拟合,帮助实际设计管理对重点关注部位效果的打造,以达到在不同条件控制的成本下最佳的软装效果。%A general way , model house is one of the methods to generalize commodity houses, the decoration design of model house do not sale to the customer directly, but a springboard to sale commodity houses, property developers always spared no expense on the interior design of model house, especialy on decoration design. In this article, we get the data of customers’ atention to the decoration design in diference room by survey, then set weighting factors of room with cost and atention data to analyze cost alocation and atention alocation, and to help to decorate the key room, to finish the best decoration efect in diferent cost alocation.
