增压柴油机EGR性能及决策仿真平台设计与实现

         

摘要

To study turbocharged diesel engine combustion and emissions performance under different exhaust gas recirculation ( EGR) rates, and to evaluate the EGR performance and optimal EGR rate under different working conditions of a supercharged diesel engine, a simulation platform for the EGR performance evaluation and decision⁃making was presented. Fuel consumption rate, maximal⁃break pressure, NO2 and soot were selected as decision tar⁃gets to establish the EGR performance decision model based on the grey situation decision theory, and the improved effect of different EGR rates was achieved. At the same time, the new platform was designed and implemented in MATLAB GUIDE development environment, which provides good interaction and contributes to improvement of modeling efficiency. At last simulation example was given to show the effectiveness of the platform.%为了研究不同废气再循环EGR率对增压柴油机燃烧与排放性能的影响,实现不同工况下EGR性能评估及最优EGR率的确定,提出了一种EGR性能评估及决策仿真平台。该平台基于灰色局势决策理论,选取柴油机燃油消耗率、缸内爆压、NO2及碳烟等4个主要参数作为决策目标建立了决策仿真模型,对不同EGR率的改善效果进行了综合评价;同时利用MATLAB GUIDE开发环境设计并实现了EGR性能评估及决策仿真平台,提供了良好的交互性,有助于提高建模仿真的效率。最后通过仿真实例验证了该平台的有效性。
