ON THE EXISTENCE AND UNIQUENESS OF SOLUTIONS FOR A CLASS OF VARIATIONAL INEQUALITIES WITH APPLICATIONS TO THE SIGNORINI PROBLEM IN MECHANICS

摘要

In this paper,we introduce a new unified and general class of variational inequalities,and show some existence and uniqueness results of solutions for this kind of variationalinequalities.As an application,we utilize the results presented in this paper to study theSignorini problem in mechanics.
