鸦胆子挥发性成分分析及在卷烟中的应用

         

摘要

The volatile components of brucea javanica extract were extracted with two methods simultaneous distillation extraction (SDE) and solid phase micro-extraction ( SPME) and were analyzed by gas chromatograph /mass spectrometer ( GC-MS) ,in addition to comparison on the identified compounds. The result showed that components identified included esters ( six kinds), alcohols (thirteen kinds) , ketones (six kinds) ,and hydrocarbons (sixteen kinds). Thirty-seven compounds were identified by SDE,fifty-five by SPME. The practical effects of perfuming indicated that the extract was an ideal flavoring essence that could improve and smooth the flavor quality of cigarette,and reduce irritancy greatly.%利用气相色谱/质谱法检测鸦胆子提取物中的挥发和半挥发性成分,考察了固相微萃取(SPME)和同时蒸馏萃取(SDE)两种前处理方法,并对两种方法鉴定出的主要成分进行比较,同时也进行了卷烟加香评价.结果表明,两种方法从鸦胆子提取物中共检出酯类、醇类、酮类、烯类及烷烃类等72种物质,其中SDE鉴定出37个, SPME鉴定出55个.鸦胆子提取物能够增加香气量,掩盖杂气,提高烟气的细腻柔和程度,是一种适宜卷烟加香的优质香原料.
