S,N耦合掺杂TiO2柱撑蒙脱石催化剂制备

     

摘要

以Na基蒙脱石为吸附剂,二氧化钛(TiO2)水解溶胶、L-半胱氨酸为双组分吸附质,采用双组分竞争吸附的方法,制备了S,N耦合掺杂TiO2柱撑蒙脱石光催化剂.探讨了蒙脱石的吸附特点,修正了 Langmuir双组分竞争吸附公式,利用二元回归方法,求出了修正因子Y1 =1.000 11,Y2=0.999 38.吸附实验表明,双组分吸附体系中,吸附质之间的相互作用不容忽视;XRD分析表明,催化剂中TiO2全部为锐钛矿相晶体;XPS光电子能谱分析表明,S4+替换Ti4+进入TiO2晶格,S2-、N2-替换晶格氧而进入TiO2晶格;光催化降解实验表明,可见光照射下,催化剂有较高的光催化活性,3h内亚甲基蓝脱色率达65%左右.%Using Na-montmorillonite as adsorbent, the titanium dioxide (TiO2) sol and L-cysteine as two-component adsorbate, the TiO2 pillared montmorillonite photocatalyst coupling doped with sulfur and nitrogen was prepared through two-component competitive adsorption. The adsorption characteristics of Na-montmorillonite was explored, the Langmuir equation of two-component competitive adsorption was modified and the values of two correction factors about Y1 (1.000 11) and Y2 (0. 999 38) added in Langmuir equation were gotten respectively by binary linear regression method. Adsorption experiment showed that the interaction of two adsorbates in system of the two-component adsorption can not be ignored ; XRD analysis showed that all TiO2 in photocatalyst existed in the anatase phase; XPS photoelectron spectroscopy analysis showed that S4 + replaced Ti4+ into the TiO2 lattice, S2- and N2- substituted lattice oxygen into the TiO2 lattice; visible light photocatalytic degradation experiments showed that the photocatalyst prepared presents higher photocatalytic activity, and the decolorization rate of methylene blue (MB) in 3 h reached about 65%.
