The4-tert-butyl-2-(a-methyl benzyl) phenol(t-BAMBP) was synthesized with 4-tert-butylphenol and styrene as raw materials, Keggin-type 12-phosphotungstic acid as catalyst. The effect of ratio of reactants, reaction time and temperature, catalyst dosage on yield of t-BAMBP were studied. The optimal conditions were as follows:n( styrene):n(4-tert-butyl-phenol) =1.3 :1 .reaction time was 90 min,reaction temperature was 90 "C and the catalyst dosage was 1% [m( 12-phosphotungstic acid) : m(4-tert-butylphenol) ]. Under the optimum conditions,the conversion of 4-tert-butylphenol and the yied of t-BAMBP could reach 95% and 62.4% .respectively.%以4-叔丁基苯酚和苯乙烯为原料,Keggin型杂多酸12-磷钨酸为催化剂,合成4-叔丁基-2-(a-甲基苄基)苯酚(t-BAMBP),考察了原料摩尔比、反应时间、反应温度以及催化剂用量对t-BAMBP收率的影响.结果表明,较优工艺条件为:n(苯乙烯):n(4-叔丁基苯酚)=1.3∶1,反应时间为90 min,反应温度为90℃,催化剂用量为1%[m(12-磷钨酸):m(4-叔丁基苯酚)],4-丁基苯酚转化率为95%,t-BAMBP收率为62.4%.
