以对羟基苯甲醛为原料,经两次成醚反应得到中间体(4a~4c),然后在氢化钠的条件下与苦参碱反应得到3个未见文献报道的14-(4'-取代苯甲烯基)苦参碱衍生物(6a~6c),并通过IR、1H NMR、13C NMR、MS进行结构表征.%The intermediate compounds (4a ~4c) which were obtained by etherification of p-hydroxy-benzaldehyde, reacted with matrine under the condition of sodium hydride to prepare three 14-(4' -substitutedbenzylidene) matrine derivatives (6a ~6c) which had not been reported in literature.The matrine derivatives was characterized by IR,1H NMR,13C NMR and MS.
