赤白芍中四种微量元素含量的分析比较

摘要

Four metal elements, such as Mn, Cu, Zn and Fe in Chishao and Baishao were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The results showed that the contents of Cu and Mn in the two kinds of Chinese Medicines are near. The contents of Zn and Fe are discrepant.%采用原子吸收光谱法测定了赤、白芍中Mn、Cu、Zn、Fe四种微量元素的含量.结果表明,同一产地的赤白芍中铜的含量相同,锰的含量相接近,锌的含量差别较大,铁的含量差别最大.
