镍的沉积对催化剂活性及汽油性质的影响

         

摘要

Influence of nickel poisoning on catalytic cracking activity and gasoline properties were evalua-ted on ACE equipment. The experiment showed that the sodium oxide and rare earth oxides contents changed little,specific surface area,pore volume and acidic of the catalyst reduced, heavy oil conversion capacity reduced, dry gas and coke yield increased and gasoline properties went down after nickel poison-ing.%利用ACE评价装置考察了镍沉积对催化裂化反应性能和汽油性质的影响.实验表明,镍在催化剂上沉积对催化剂中钠和稀土氧化物含量影响不大,但比表面积、孔体积和酸性降低,重油转化能力降低,干气和焦炭产率增加,汽油性质变差.
