四元混合硝酸盐的制备与性能研究

摘要

The sodium nitrate, potassium nitrate, lithium nitrate and sodium nitrite are used as the raw materials. Using the uniform-experiment-match method, twelve samples with different weight ratio are selected. The melting point, latent heat and specific heat are tested by means of TG-DSC. The melting point and boiling point of the sample are 92 ℃ and 559.3 ℃ respectively when the weight ratio of NaNO3: KNO3: LiNO3: NaNO2 is 0.23 : 0.407 : 0.106 :0.257. In the end, the corrosives have been tested coupled with 304 stainless steel and Q235B steel. At the same time, test its thermal stability by XRD and differential weight analysis.%研究硝酸钠、硝酸钾、硝酸锂以及亚硝酸钠四元混合硝酸盐体系的热物性及其腐蚀性能.采用配方均匀设计的方法,制备12种不同质量配比的样品.利用TG-DSC热分析技术测量样品的熔点、比热以及溶化潜热等热物性质.结果表明,当样品质量配比NaNO3∶KNO3∶LiNO3∶ NaNO2=0.23∶0.407∶0.106∶0.257时,四元混合体系的熔点低至92℃,沸点达到559.3℃,初步达到了实验期望,然后利用304不锈钢与Q235B钢检验该样品的腐蚀性能,并采用XRD与差重法测试了其热稳定性.
