碱渣中硫代硫酸钠浓度快速准确测定

摘要

采用甲醛溶液、醋酸、氮气对碱渣进行预处理,建立了一种快速测定碱渣中硫代硫酸钠浓度的新分析方法.该方法比MERICHEM公司提供的方法用时少,所用试剂对人体健康危害小.在优化条件下,用该方法测定碱渣中硫代硫酸钠,相对标准偏差小于3.40％,加标回收率在98.95％ ～ 104.13％.该方法灵敏度高,测定结果准确可靠,可广泛应用于碱渣中硫代硫酸钠的测定.%A new analytical method for determination of sodium thiosulfate's concentration in the soda residue was established by pretreatment with formaldehyde, acetic acid and nitrogen. Compared with MERICHEM company's method, the advantage of this approach is less time and less harmful to human health. The relative standard deviation is less than 3.40%, and the recovery rate is 98.95% ～ 104.13% under the optimized conditions. The method is sensitive, the results are accurate and reliable, and can be widely applied to the determination of sodium thiosulfate's concentration in the soda residue.
