WO3/SiO2的制备及其催化环己酮清洁合成己二酸

         

摘要

Adipic acid was synthesized by WO3/SiO2-catalyzed oxidation of cyclohexanone with 30% hydrogen peroxide in the absence of phase-transfer catalyst. The effect of several reaction parameters which were the amount of catalyst and hydrogen peroxide, reaction time, acidic ligand, reusability and so on was investigated on the oxidation process. Results showed that when the cyclohexanone 0.1 mol, catalyst a-mount 0.9 g, 30% H2O2 50 mL, refluxing 5 h, the yield of adipic acid could reach 67.2% without acidic ligand. In addition, the catalyst had certain repeated applicability.%在无相转移剂的条件下,以WO3/SiO2为催化剂,30%H2O2为氧化剂,催化氧化环己酮合成了己二酸.探讨了催化剂用量、H2O2用量、反应时间、酸性助剂和重复使用性等因素对收率的影响.结果表明,当环己酮0.1 mol,催化剂0.9 g.30%H2O250 mL,不加酸性配体,回流反应5h,己二酸的收率为67.2%.该催化剂还具有一定的重复使用性.
