正交实验优选水杨梅中总黄酮的提取工艺

摘要

Using ethanol to extraet the total flavonoids fron Geum aleppicum. The effeet of extraetion time, ethanol eoneentration,extraetion time and solvent amount on total flavonoids amount and dry eream were investigated. Results showed that the optimum extraetion proeess was as follows:10 volume folds for 60%ethanol,extraeting 3 times for 2 h. The proeess is stable,reprodueible,the amount of the total flavonoids from Geum aleppicum. was 6. 58 mg/g,and dry eream yield was 18. 83%.%用乙醇提取水杨梅中的总黄酮工艺，考察提取时间、乙醇浓度、提取次数及溶剂用量对总黄酮含量和干膏得率的影响。结果表明，最佳提取工艺为10倍量60%乙醇提取3次，每次2 h。工艺条件稳定，重现性好，水杨梅中总黄酮的含量6.58 mg/g，干膏得率18.83%。
