新型除氟载铁聚丙烯酰胺凝胶的制备研究

     

摘要

The complexation reaction of Fe3﹢ and F- is able to decrease the content of fluoride in water. Therefore,Fe3﹢ is used to decorate polyacrylamide gel to expect a better flocculation effect of the gel. U-sing spectrophotometry on different occasions such as different pH values,different reaction temperatures, different reaction time and different Fe3﹢ concentrations. The best modification condition is determined:the highest load rate of iron can reach 61. 25% when polyacrylamide gel reacts with Fe3﹢ whose solution concentration is 1 . 000 0 g/L for 2 h at 30℃ and pH=1 . 75 . Through the experiment a new type of fluor-ide in a higher rate of gel has been compound,and the removal rate of fluoride in the water can be in-creased and remove the fluoride in the water better.%由于Fe3﹢能够与水中游离的F-生成络合物,从而提高凝胶的除氟效率,故对合成的聚丙烯酰胺凝胶进行载铁实验。运用分光光度法测量不同pH值、不同反应温度、不同反应时间及不同的Fe3﹢浓度等条件下凝胶的载铁效果,并确定如下的最佳改性条件:Fe3﹢溶液浓度1.0000 g/L,控制pH=1.75,在30℃恒温水浴中反应2 h。凝胶的最高载铁率可达61.25%,最佳除氟时间为2 h。通过本实验得到一种除氟率更高的凝胶,从而提高了水中的氟元素的去除率。
