PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for easily detecting phosphorylated peptide (protein) in a specimen to be examined using SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) used in the analysis of protein heretofore, a polyacrylamide gel for electrophoresis used for the method, a manufacturing method of the polyacrylamide gel, and a synthetic intermediate material thereof.;SOLUTION: The polyacrylamide gel for electrophoresis used for the detection method has a structure represented by the formula I (wherein X is a linker group) in at least a part in its structure.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
