橡胶防老剂4020合成工艺的优化

摘要

Pt/MC As catalyst,the 4020 synthesis Process condition was investigated. Result shows that 2%of the amount of catalyst,ketone amine molar ratio of 3. 0 :1,reaction temPerature 100 ℃,Pressure 3. 0 MPa,stirring sPeed 400 r/min,it can be obtained oPtimum yield and quality of 4020 in a short time.%以Pt/MC作催化剂，对4020合成工艺条件进行了考察。结果表明，催化剂用量2%，酮胺摩尔比为3.0：1，反应温度100℃，压力3.0 MPa，搅拌转速400 r/min的条件下，可在短时间内得到较优产量和质量的4020。
