针对常规质子酸催化合成出的甲基葡萄糖苷色泽深、收率低的问题,采用自制的负载型固体超强酸催化合成甲基葡萄糖苷。通过在活性炭上负载对甲苯磺酸、浓硫酸、磷钨酸等强酸,得到负载型超强酸催化剂CBSL。用CBSL催化剂催化合成甲基葡萄糖苷,得到的优化反应条件为:葡萄糖与甲醇物质的量之比为1∶8,催化剂加量为葡萄糖质量的5%,在140℃温度下反应4.0 h。自制产品和市售产品性能对比结果表明,自制甲基葡萄糖苷的岩心回收率明显高于市售产品,浓度为40%时,自制产品岩心回收率93.12%,市售产品岩心回收率90.13%;自制产品的润滑性能优于市售产品,当浓度为30%时,自制产品润滑系数0.08,市售产品润滑系数0.09,随着浓度的升高,市售产品的润滑系数均高于自制产品。自制产品的合成工艺及所用催化剂具有较好的工业放大前景。%In response of the problems of methyl glucoside has deep color and low yield which was synthe-sized by conventional proton catalyst,methyl glucoside was synthesized by supported super acid catalyst which was self-made. Supported super acid catalyst CBSL was got through some acid supported on activa-ted carbon, the acid including p-toluene sulfonic acid, concentrated sulfuric acid and phosphotungstic acid. The optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of methyl glucoside catalyzed by CBSL catalyst were shown as follows:molar ratio of glucose and methanol was 1∶8 , catalyst dosage was 5% of glucose quality,reacted at the temperature of 140 ℃ for 4 h. Comparison performance results of self made and marketed products were shown that,the cutting recovery of homemade methyl glucoside was significantly higher than that of marketed products,at the concentration of 40%,home-made products cutting recovery rate is 93. 12%,the marketed products cutting recovery rate is 90. 13%; the lubrication performance of homemade products is better than the marketed products,at the concentration of 30%,the lubricating co-efficient of self-made products is 0. 08,the lubricating coefficient of marketed products is 0. 09,with the concentration of methyl glucoside increasing,the lubrication coefficient of marketed products were higher than that of the self-made products. It has good industrial prospects for the synthesis of self-made products and the CBSL catalyst.
