酞菁/Zn2SnO4纳米粉体的制备及光催化脱硫性能研究

     

摘要

The MPcTc/Zn2SnO4 photocatalytic nano powders have been prepared by sol-gel hydrothermal method using ZnSO4 · 7 H2O,SnCl4 · 5H2O and MPcTc as precursors.The composite photocatalyst of different doped phthalocyanine were characterized by SEM,XRD,IR and PL test methods.The photocatalytic properties of composite photocatalytics were tested by the degradation effects of thiophene under the visible light irradiation conditions.The results showed that the conversion rate of thiophene in the fuel oil could reach above 97.95% after the degradation of 90 min in the air.%以ZnSO4·7H2O、SnCl4·5H2O和MPcTc为前驱体,利用溶胶凝胶-水热法制备了MPcTc/Zn2 SnO4(MPcTc=四羧基取代金属酞菁)光催化纳米粉体,不同酞菁掺杂的复合光催化剂分别采用SEM、XRD、IR和PL等测试方法对其进行表征,并在可见光照射下研究了复合光催化剂对模拟燃油中的噻吩的脱除性能.结果表明,鼓空气的条件下,燃油中的噻吩降解90 min后,其转化率可达到97.95%,达到深度脱硫的要求.
