风力发电机组叶片振动无线检测系统

     

摘要

设计了一种风力发电机组叶片振动的无线检测系统.采用模块化设计思路,振动传感器选用TZDM22-55,单片机选用高性能的ATMEGA32,无线收发模块选用NRF24E1芯片,上位机采用LabVIEW编程.系统平时工作在休眠状态,工作时通过软中断请求唤醒.测试结果表明该系统传输信号数据可靠.系统集成度高,功耗小,结构简单,工作稳定可靠,抗干扰能力强.%Design a wireless vibration detection system of wind turbine blade. Adopting modular design ideas, selected TZAM22-55 as vibration sensor, high-performance ATMEGA32 as SCM, NRF24E1 as wireless transmitter module,supervisory computer software was programed using Lab View. System usually in the dormant, data collectiong and trandmission through software interrupt. Test results show that system transmission signal data are reliable. System is high integration, low power consumption, structure simple,stable and reliable,strong anti-interference ability.
