扶正固本汤对宫颈癌患者SCC-Ag、TSGF水平的影响及其疗效分析

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of Fuzheng Guben Decoction on the serum levels of squamous cell carcinoma associated an-tigen (SCC-Ag) and tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) in patients with cervical cancer and analyze its clinical efficacy. Methods A total of 116 patients with cervical cancer in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 58 cases in each group. The control group was treated with chemotherapy alone. The ob-servation group was treated with Fuzheng Guben Decoction on the basis of treatment in control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared after treatment. The changes of T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+) and serum immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, IgM) were measured and compared before and after treatment. The KPS score was used to compare the quality of life of the two groups before and after treatment. At the same time, the changes of serum SCC-Ag and TSGF levels before and after treatment were measured, and the adverse reactions in the course of treatment were recorded. Results After treatment, the effective rate of the observation group(67.24%) was higher than that of the control group(46.55%), and the difference was significant (P<0.05). Compared with before treatment, the serum levels of T lymphocyte subsets (CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+) and serum immunoglobulin (IgA, IgG, IgM) of the two groups were significantly raised after treatment, and that of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The KPS scores of the two groups were significantly increased after treatment, but the scores in observation group was higher than in control group, and the difference was significant (P<0.05). The levels of serum SCC-Ag and TSGF of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment, and they were lower in observation group than in control group after treatment (P<0.05). In the course of treatment, the incidences of bone marrow suppression, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia and gastrointestinal reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Fuzheng Guben Decoction can significantly improve the efficiency of treatment for cervical cancer patients and the levels of T lymphocyte subsets and serum immunoglobulin, and down-regulate the expression of SCC-Ag and TSGF in serum. It could also improve the KPS score and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. So it is worthy of wide clinical application.%目的 探讨扶正固本汤对宫颈癌患者血清鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCC-Ag)、肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)水平的影响及其临床疗效.方法 选择2016年7月-2018年7月确诊为宫颈癌的116例患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各58例.对照组给予单纯化疗治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合扶正固本汤口服治疗.观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+)及血清免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平、KPS评分、血清SCC-Ag、TSGF水平,并记录两组治疗过程中不良反应的发生情况.结果 观察组治疗有效率(67.24%)明显高于对照组(46.55%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清T淋巴细胞亚群(CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+)及血清免疫球蛋白(IgA、IgG、IgM)水平均明显升高,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后KPS评分均明显增加,且观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后血清SCC-Ag、TSGF水平均明显降低,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组骨髓抑制、白细胞减少、血小板减少、胃肠道反应的发生率均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 扶正固本汤可明显提高宫颈癌患者的治疗有效率,改善免疫功能,提高生活质量,下调血清SCC-Ag、TSGF的表达,并减轻不良反应.
