逍遥散加减方治疗乳腺癌术后化疗患者肝郁脾虚型抑郁综合征的临床观察

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of modified Xiaoyao Powder on depression state of patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency during adjuvant chemotherapy after breast cancer operation. Methods Using prospective randomized controlled study method, according to the criteria of case selection, 48 patients were randomly assigned to the control group and the traditional Chinese medi-cine group (TCM group). Patients in control group got Remifemin tablet, while those in TCM group got modified Xiaoyao Powder. The course of treatment was 8 weeks in all. The main observation indexes included the scores of self-rating Depression scale (SDS), Hamilton Depres-sion scale (HAMD, 17 items), TCM syndromes score before and after treatment and the safety. Results The scores of SDS and HAMD in TCM group all were lower than in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion The modified Xiaoyao Powder can effectively relieve the depression state of patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency during adjuvant chemotherapy after breast cancer operation. It also can improve the TCM syndrome. So it has great clinical application value.%目的 观察逍遥散加减方治疗乳腺癌术后化疗患者肝郁脾虚型抑郁综合征的临床疗效.方法 采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,选择符合纳入标准的患者48例,随机分配到对照组(莉芙敏片)、中药组(逍遥散加减方).连续观察8周,主要观察指标为治疗前后抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD,17条目)评分、中医证候评分及安全性.结果 中药组患者肝郁脾虚型抑郁SDS、HAMD评分均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05).结论 逍遥散加减方能有效缓解乳腺癌术后化疗患者肝郁脾虚型抑郁综合征,还能显著改善中医证候,且治疗更安全、有效,具有较好的临床应用价值.
