抗战时期中国共产党不仅在反对日本帝国主义侵略方面发挥着中流砥柱的作用，同时也在实践中保持着先进性，以使民众从党的清正廉洁中看到国家和民族的未来。但是这种清正廉洁现象的保持是非常不易的，因为这一期间我党反腐败所面临的形势本身是极其严峻和复杂的。以当时众多根据地中的淮北抗日根据地作为案例，运用政治生态学的理论与方法来进行考察，就会发现无论是新旧社会特点并存的权力运行外环境，还是党的权力运行体系在适应新环境的调适方面，都潜伏着一些诱发权力异化的劣变生态因子。%During Anti-Japanese War period, the CPC not only played a mainstay role against Japanese imperialist aggression, but also in the practice of keeping advanced nature, to make people see the future of the country and the nation from the party's honesty. But keeping this honesty is not very easy. CPC’s anti-corruption situation is extremely severe and complex in the pe-riod. Taking Huaibei anti-Japanese base area as an example, using political ecology theory and method to study, lurking fac-tors for deterioration lingers both in external environment power operation in the coexistence of old and new social features, and in external environment of power operation.
