High temperature superconductor(HTS)materials can reach superconductivity state with the help of liquid nitrogen, thus have more room for development.Improving the critical current density is an important research subject of HTS.Magnetic vortices were formed when HTS is in external magnetic field. The magnetic vortices will move as the current pass through the HTS,therefore consuming power and producing resistance.Artificial defects produced by heavy ion irradiation can enhance the vortex pinning in HTS,thus improving the critical current density in external magnetic fields[1].
