Radiosentivity is an important factor affecting the result of tumor therapy. There are some crucial activities such as cell cycle, apoptosis and DNA damage repair influencing the radiosentivity in radiation[1,2].The family of E2F genes coding the E2Fs transcription factors including the eight members:E2F1-E2F8 can not only control the apoptosis, cell cycle progress, but also effect the DNA damage repair[3].Exploring the E2F genes may be an important thought of improving radiosensitivity in radiation therapy.
