THE LIMIT CYCLES OF A KIND OF EXPLOITED PREDATOR-PREY SYSTEM

＜正＞In this paper, a kind of exploited predator-prey system is studied. By using the qualitative theory, we obtain some sufficient conditions for the existence and nonexistence of limit cycles of the system.
