儿童咳颗粒质量标准研究

摘要

Aim To study the quality standard for ertongke granules.Methods TLC was used to qualitatively differentiate among Herba Ephedrae.Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae and Peuc-edanum decursivum Maxim.HPLC was used to measure the content of Ephedrine Hydrochlorid in ertongke Granules.Result Herba Ephedrae.Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae and Peuc-edanum decursivum Maxim could be differentiated qualitatively by TLC.The linear range of Ephedrine Hydrochlorid as 5.00～75.OO μg.The average recovery and relative standard deviation were 101.17%and 2.35%,respectively:Conclusion The methods is simple,rapid and accurate.It can be used for the quantitative determination of ertongke granules.%目的 儿童咳颗粒的质量标准研究.方法 采用薄层色谱法鉴别麻黄、百部、前胡,用高效液相色谱法测定儿童咳颗粒中麻黄碱的含量.结果能准确对麻黄、百部、前胡进行定性鉴别,薄层斑点清晰、重现性好;盐酸麻黄碱在在进样量为5.00～75.00 μg范围内与峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系.含量测定回收率是101.17%,RSD=2.35%.结论 该法简便、快速、准确,灵敏,可作为该制剂质量控制的有效方法.
