目的 建立同时测定舒泌通颗粒中绿原酸和蒙花苷含量的测定方法,并进行相应的方法学研究.方法 HPLC法,采用Shimpack VP-ODS(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)为色谱柱;以甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(15:84:1:0.3)为流动相;流速1.0 ml·min-1;柱温30℃;进样量20 μl;检测波长为334 nm.结果 绿原酸、蒙花苷的浓度与峰面积成良好的线性关系,绿原酸、蒙花苷线性范围分别为3.2～32.0 mg·L-1(r=0.999 6)和8.08～80.8 mg·L-1(r=0.999 4);加样回收率分别为98.7%和97.6%,RSD分别为1.09%和1.31%.结论 该法简便,快捷,结果准确、重复性好,可用于舒泌通颗粒的质量控制.%Aim To develop a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and acaciin from Shu mitong granules. Method Chlorogenic acid and acaciin were determined by HPLC method. Shimpack VP-ODS( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5μm )was used with mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine( 15 ∶ 84∶ 1∶0. 3 )with the flow rate 1. 0 ml· min -1 . The column temperature was 30℃ . The injection volume was 20 μl and the detection wave length was set at 334 nm. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid and acaciin was 3. 2 ～ 32. 0 mg · L-1( r = 0. 999 6 )and 8. 08 ～ 80. 8 mg · L-1( r = 0. 999 4 ) . and the average recovery was 98. 7％ with RSD 1. 09％ and 97. 6％ with RSD 1. 3％ respectively. Conclusion The method was rapid, convenient. accurate .and suitable for the quality control of contents of chlorogenic acid and acaciin in Shumitong granules.
