目的 建立同时测定舒泌通颗粒中绿原酸和蒙花苷含量的测定方法,并进行相应的方法学研究.方法 HPLC法,采用Shimpack VP-ODS(4.6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm)为色谱柱;以甲醇-水-冰醋酸-三乙胺(15:84:1:0.3)为流动相;流速1.0 ml·min-1;柱温30℃;进样量20 μl;检测波长为334 nm.结果 绿原酸、蒙花苷的浓度与峰面积成良好的线性关系,绿原酸、蒙花苷线性范围分别为3.2~32.0 mg·L-1(r=0.999 6)和8.08~80.8 mg·L-1(r=0.999 4);加样回收率分别为98.7%和97.6%,RSD分别为1.09%和1.31%.结论 该法简便,快捷,结果准确、重复性好,可用于舒泌通颗粒的质量控制.%Aim To develop a HPLC method for the determination of chlorogenic acid and acaciin from Shu mitong granules. Method Chlorogenic acid and acaciin were determined by HPLC method. Shimpack VP-ODS( 4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5μm )was used with mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine( 15 ∶ 84∶ 1∶0. 3 )with the flow rate 1. 0 ml· min -1 . The column temperature was 30℃ . The injection volume was 20 μl and the detection wave length was set at 334 nm. Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid and acaciin was 3. 2 ~ 32. 0 mg · L-1( r = 0. 999 6 )and 8. 08 ~ 80. 8 mg · L-1( r = 0. 999 4 ) . and the average recovery was 98. 7% with RSD 1. 09% and 97. 6% with RSD 1. 3% respectively. Conclusion The method was rapid, convenient. accurate .and suitable for the quality control of contents of chlorogenic acid and acaciin in Shumitong granules.
