Objective To prepare the microemulsion-based gel of quercetin, and to study its quality evaluation and its percutanous penetration properties in vitro. Methods The microemulsion-based gel was prepared according to the optimized prescription of quercetin mi-croemulsion. The in vitro percutanous penetration of Quercetin microemulsion-based gel was studied by using Franz diffusion cell. Results Compared with quercetin from suspension gel, in vitro penetration amount of quercetin microemulsion gel increased obviously( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Preparation technology of the microemulsion-based gel of quercetin is workable, which can promote the transdermal transport of quercetin.%目的 制备槲皮素微乳凝胶,并对其性能及透皮效果进行研究.方法 根据已优化的槲皮素微乳的处方并将微乳制成凝胶,采用Franz扩散池对槲皮素微乳凝胶的体外透皮情况进行考察.结果 从体外透皮实验可见,与槲皮素混悬液凝胶比较,槲皮素微乳凝胶的体外透过量明显增加(P<0.05).结论 槲皮素微乳凝胶的制备工艺可行,且能促进槲皮素的透皮转运量.
