阴式与腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术的临床比较

摘要

Objective To explore and compare the clinical application value of laparoscopic assisted vaginal hysterectomy(LAVH)and transvaginal hysterectomy(TVH).Methods Clinical data of 20 patients with TVH and 20 patients with LAVH were retrospectively an-alyzed.Results LAVH group and TVH group contained 20 cases for each.Patients in TVH group had shorter operation time,less blood loss.There were no significant differences in hospital stay and postoperative anal exhaust time between the two groups.Conclusions Clinical results of LAVH and TVH are satisfactory,and TVH has the advantages of convenient operation and low cost.However,it has limited indications,while LAVH extended the indications,so doctors need to choose suitable operation plan according to patients’spe-cific conditions,financial status and personal preferences.%目的：探讨和比较阴式（TVH）和腹腔镜辅助下阴式全子宫切除术（LAVH）的临床应用价值。方法对 TVH 与 LAVH患者各20例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果LAVH 组和 TVH 组各20例，TVH 组患者的手术时间短、术中出血量少， TVH 组的住院天数、术后肛门排气时间与 LAVH 组比较，差异无统计学意义。结论LAVH、TVH 的临床效果均较满意，TVH操作方便、费用较低，但其适应证局限，LAVH 则拓宽了其适应证，故临床上需要根据患者具体病情、经济情况和个人意愿选择适合的手术方案。
