神经纤毛蛋白1和C-MET在不同临床病理特征的非小细胞肺癌中的表达特点及其对肿瘤血管生长的关系

     

摘要

目的:探讨神经纤毛蛋白1(NRP1)和 C-MET 在不同临床病理特征的非小细胞肺癌中的表达特点及其对肿瘤血管生长的关系。方法选取107例肺癌患者和79例正常患者的蜡块组织,分为观察组和对照组,通过免疫组化技术检测所有组织中的 NRP1、C-MET 的阳性表达率和 MVD 值,采用统计学方法对两组值进行对比并比较观察组的不同临床症状与的 NRP1、C-MET 的阳性表达率和 MVD 值的相关性。结果观察组的 NRP1、C-MET 的表达和 MVD 值明显高于对照组(P <0.05)。NPR1、C-MET 阳性率,MVD 值与肿瘤的分化程度、淋巴结转移、胸膜侵犯、Ki67表达、脉管浸润有明显相关性(P <0.05)。NRP1的阳性率与 C-MET 的阳性率存在正相关性(r =0.485,P <0.001),NRP1的阳性率与 MVD 值存在正相关性(r =0.447, P <0.001),C-MET 的阳性率与 MVD 值存在正相关性(r =0.493,P <0.001)。结论NRP1和 C-MET 在非小细胞肺癌中存在高表达,二者均可促进肿瘤血管的生成,同时还存在一定的正向协同作用。%Objective To analyze express characteristics of NRP1 and C-MET in non-small cell lung cancer with different clinical path-ological features and relationship between with the tumor blood vessel growth.Method We selected 107 paraffin embedded tissues from patients with lung cancer and another 79 from patients without lung cancer.Detect the positive expression rate of NRP1and C-MET andthe value ofMVD ,then divided them into the observation group and the control group .Compare the positive expression rate of NRP1 and C-MET and the value of MVD in different groups and the correlation between different clinical symptoms and the positive ex-pression rate of NRP1and C-MET and the value of MVD in observation group.Results Compared with the control group,observation group have significant differences in the expression rate of NRP1and C-MET and the value of MVD (P <0.05).There are significant correlation between different clinical symptoms and the positive expression rate of NRP1and C-MET and the value of MVD in observa-tion group (P <0.05).There are positive correlations between the expression rate of NRP1and C-MET (P <0.05).There are positive correlations between the expression rate of NRP1and the value of MVD (P <0.05).There are positive correlations between the expres-sion rate of C-MET and the value of MVD (P <0.05).Conclusion There are high expressions of NRP1and C-MET in non-small cell lung cancer,both of them can promote the growth of blood vessels and have some certain positive synergy .
