Objective Through improved influence factors of image quality to improve coronary angiography DSA image quality,after the correlation factors of coronary angiography DSA image quality were retrospectively analyzed. Methods The influence factors of the 51 examples coronary angiography image quality were retrospectively analyzed. 45 examples coronary angiography after improved correlation factor were prospectively carried on. To compare the image quality of two groups ,each example patientˊs coronary angiography various sequences image quality was graded, then two group of independent sample T - test of SPSS13.0 statistics software was used for analysis image quality grade. Results The image quality grade of 51 patients was 7.11 ±0.95. The image quality grade of 45 patients was 8.07 ±0.80. Therewas statistical difference between the two groups( P ＜ 0.01 ). The latter was higher than the former obviously. Conclusion It was beneficial for improving the image quality of DSA coronary angiography, after improved influence factors of images quality , before and in coronary angiography.%目的 分析影响冠状动脉DSA图像质量的相关因素,改善影响图像质量的因素,提高图像质量.方法 回顾性分析51例冠脉造影图像质量的影响因素,改善相关因素后前瞻性冠状动脉DSA 45例.将两组图像质量进行比较,方法是对每例患者冠脉造影的各序列图像质量进行评分,对图像质量评分进行统计分析.结果 51例患者图像质量评分为(7.11±0.95)分;45例患者图像质量的评分结果为(8.07±0.80)分,两组图像质量间的差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01 ),后者明显高于前者.结论 通过改善冠脉造影前、造影中图像质量的影响因素,有利于提高DSA冠脉造影图像的质量.
