行为引导型教学法在护理教学查房中的应用

         

摘要

目的:探讨行为引导型教学法在护生临床实习教学查房中的应用及效果评价。方法选取2010级护理专科实习学生期中考试前后分别运用传统教学法和行为引导型教学法进行教学查房,并进行教学效果分析。结果运用行为引导型教学法后护生操作技能考核成绩和理论测试成绩、情感参与和认知参与均显著高于传统教学法教学(P<0.05)。结论行为引导型教学法可激发护生的积极情感,促进护生的认知参与,使实习护生教学查房取得良好效果。%Objective To explore the application and effect assessment of Action-oriented teaching method in clinical nursing teach-ing ward round.Methods We used traditional teaching methods in clinical nursing teaching before the mid-term exam and Action-oriented teaching methods for teaching after the mid-term exam for students in the three-year associate nursing program of grade 2010.The teaching outcomes were evaluated by questionnaire investigation,theory and skills examination.Results Students’theory results,operation test,emo-tional involvement and cognitive involvement after Action-oriented teaching method were significantly higher than that after traditional teaching methods (P <0.05 ).Conclusion Action-oriented teaching method can stimulate the enthusiasm of nursing students,improve nursing students'cognition participation,enhance the teaching ward round effect.
