腹腔镜直肠癌根治术与传统开腹手术临床疗效对比分析

摘要

目的：对比分析腹腔镜直肠癌根治术及传统开腹手术的临床疗效。方法收集我院2010年1月至2012年12月62例直肠癌患者临床资料，按照手术方式的不同分为腹腔镜直肠癌根治术组（腹腔镜组，30例）和传统开腹手术组（开腹组，32例），分析比较两组患者临床资料及围手术期的相关临床指标。结果两组手术均顺利完成，腹腔镜组的术中出血量、术后镇痛例数、术后进食时间及术后住院天数明显优于开腹组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），而腹腔镜组在手术时间、肿瘤大小、清扫淋巴结数目及手术并发症方面与开腹组比较差异无统计学意义（P ＞0．05）。结论腹腔镜直肠癌根治术具有创伤小、术后疼痛轻、恢复快等优点，且与传统开腹手术有同样的根治效果。%Objective To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of the laparoscopic radical resection and the traditional open op-eration in treating rectal carcinoma.Methods The clinical data of 62 cases of rectal carcinoma (January 2010 to December 2012)received by our hospital were selected,and the patients were divided into the laparoscopic radical resection group (30 cases)and the traditional open operation group (32 cases)based on the different operation method.The clinical data and the perioperative clinical parameters were com-pared.Results The blood loss,the cases of postoperative pain and the first time of eating as well as hospital stay of the the laparoscopic radi-cal resection group were shorter than those of the open group,and there were significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Howev-er,the time of operation,the tumor size,the number of resected lymph node and the difference in the total incidence rate of postoperative com-plications between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional open operation,lap-aroscopic radical resection has the advantages of small trauma,light postoperative pain and quicker recovery.What's more,the latter possesses the same curative effect to the former.
