某市师专新生口腔健康知识态度及行为影响因素分析

摘要

目的 调查阜阳幼儿师范高等专科学校2016级新生口腔健康知识、态度、行为现况,为进一步完善师专学生口腔健康教育工作、制定相关干预措施提供依据.方法 自行设计问卷,整群抽取阜阳幼儿师范高等专科学校2016级750名新生进行问卷调查,采用单因素方差分析对师专新生口腔健康知识、态度及行为的影响因素进行统计学分析.结果 该校新生的口腔健康知识平均得分(6.92 ±1.86)分,女生高于男生(P<0.05);口腔健康态度平均得分(17.78 ±1.92)分,女生高于男生(P<0.05),非独生子女高于独生子女(P<0.05);口腔健康行为平均得分(16.72 ±2.77)分,男生高于女生(P<0.05),城市学生高于农村学生(P<0.05),母亲文化程度高的学生口腔健康行为得分优于母亲文化程度低者(P<0.05).口腔健康知识、态度及行为得分存在相关性(P<0.05).结论 师专新生口腔健康态度较好,口腔健康知识的掌握及行为习惯需要改善,不同特征的新生口腔健康知识、态度及行为得分存在差异,需有针对性地制订学校口腔健康教育计划,促进口腔健康行为习惯的养成.%Objective To further improve oral health education work and provide powerful evidence for correlative intervention meas -ures through investigating oral health knowledge,attitude and behavior among freshmen enrolled in 2016 grade at Fuyang preschool education college.Methods Using cluster sampling method,a survey with a self-designed questionnaire concerning oral health knowledge and be-havior was conducted among 750 freshmen enrolled in 2016 grade at Fuyang preschool education college.To explore the influencing factors of oral health knowledge,attitude and behavior among freshmen.Results According to the survey,the mean score of knowledge was 6.92 ± 1.86,among which girls' score were higher than boys'(P<0.05);the mean score of attitude was 17.78 ±1.92,girls' score were higher than boys'(P<0.05),and the score of students with siblings was higher than that of the only -child(P<0.05); the mean score of behavior was 16.72 ±2.77,with boys' higher than girls'(P<0.05);score of urban students were higher than that of rural students(P<0.05);students with high degree of maternal education scored better in oral health behavior than those with low maternal culture(P<0.05);oral health knowledge,attitude and behavior had correlation(P<0.05).Conclusion The oral health attitude of freshmen is satisfactory, while improvement is still in need regarding oral health knowledge and behavior.Freshmen with different characteristics scored diversely in oral health knowledge,attitude and behavior,so it calls for the establishment of a targeted educational plan for the formation of oral health behavior.
