磷胁迫对玫瑰茄幼苗生理生化作用的影响

             

摘要

The lack of available phosphorous in red soils of the southern China, limiting the phosphate plant yield. Hibiscus sabdariffa resistance to dry and barren, and easy to grow, but the phosphate - deficiency response and adaptation mechanism has not been reported. Studied Physiological and biochemical effects of different phosphorus levels on Hibiscus sabdariffa Early Seedling Growth, probed Hibiscus sabdariffa adaptation to low phosphorus stress mechanism. The result showed : ( 1 ) Hibiscus sabdariffa seedlings POD activity in different phosphorus treatment with prolonged treatment of all shows ascendant trend. At the same time, phosphorus treatment POD activity was the highest, followed by high phosphorus treatment, the control processing POD minimum activity. ( 2 ) Hibiscus sabdariffa seedlings with phosphorus concentration increased, the ac- tivity of SOD increased. In the early phase (July) and harvest period (October) the highest SOD activities in phosphorus treatment, processing medium (August) and later (September) high phosphorus treatment the highest SOD activities. (3) Hibiscus sabdariffa seedlings MDA content in different phosphorus treatment with the increase of treatment time and control compared to July increased. At the same time, along with the increase of phosphorus concentration, MDA content decreased in the MDA, phosphorus content was the lowest, followed by high phosphorus treatment, the control processing of the highest MDA content. (4)Hibiscus sabdariffa seedlings of soluble sugar content in different time period, along with the increase of phosphorus concentration, wherein each month different soluble sugar content showed the highest high phosphorus treatment, the control treatment soluble sugar content was the lowest.%以玫瑰茄早熟品种为材料,研究不同供磷水平对玫瑰茄幼苗生长初期的生理生化作用的影响,探讨玫瑰茄适应低磷胁迫的机制。结果表明:(1)玫瑰茄幼苗的POD活性在不同磷处理下随着处理时间的延长均呈上升趋势。在同一处理时间段,中磷处理POD活性最高,其次是高磷处理,对照处理POD活性最低。(2)玫瑰茄幼苗随着磷浓度的增高,SOD活性均有所提高。其中在处理初期(7月份)和收获期(10月份)中磷处理的SOD活性最高,处理中期(8月份)和中后期(9月份)高磷处理的SOD活性最高。(3)玫瑰茄幼苗的MDA含量在不同磷处理下随着处理时间的增加与对照7月份相比均有显著增加。在同一处理时间段,随着磷浓度的增加,MDA含量均有所下降,中磷处理的MDA含量最低,其次是高磷处理,对照处理的MDA含量最高。(4)玫瑰茄幼苗可溶性糖含量在不同处理时间段,均随着磷浓度的提高而增加,其中各月份不同处理的可溶性糖含量均表现为高磷处理最高,对照处理的可溶性糖含量最低。
