马尾松第1代种子园自由授粉子代测定及早期选择

摘要

The survey with test of open-pollinated progeny of the 1st generation masson pine seed orchard was conducted on growth of 5 years old stand. Tree hight,DHB and volume was 4.22m,5.9cm and 0.007 13m3,re⁃spectively. There were very significant differences among families in growth. Volume genetic variation coefficient was 12.47%. Family and individual heritability was 0.687 1 and 0.291 0,separately. 11 superior families were selected,whose volume mean and genetic gain was 0.008 31m3 and 11.37%.at the same time,25 superior indi⁃viduals were selected,whose volume mean and genetic gain was 0.016 08m3 and 36.53%.%　　对5a生马尾松第1代种子园自由授粉子代测定林进行调查分析，结果表明：马尾松第1代种子园子代5a生时树高、胸径、单株立木材积平均值分别为4.22m、5.9cm和0.00713m3。树高、胸径、单株立木材积在家系间差异均达极显著水平。单株立木材积遗传变异系数达到12.47%，家系遗传力为0.6871，单株遗传力为0.2910。筛选出11个马尾松第1代种子园速生优良家系，单株立木材积平均值为0.00831m3，家系遗传增益达11.37%。筛选出25株速生优良单株，单株立木材积平均值为0.01608m3，单株遗传增益达36.53%。
