酰胺态氮部分替代硝态氮对番茄幼苗生长的影响

     

摘要

采用酰胺态氮替代无土栽培营养液配方中的硝态氮,对稳定营养液的pH值,降低营养液的成本有重要意义。该试验以番茄为试材,采用酰铵态氮(尿素)分别替代荷兰番茄营养液配方中16.5%、33%、49.5%的硝态氮,进行番茄育苗试验。观测了番茄幼苗的形态指标和生理指标,研究了以酰胺态氮部分替代硝态氮对番茄幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:酰铵态氮替代硝态氮能明显促进番茄幼苗的生长,但达到一定量后促进作用变得不明显。以酰铵态氮替代荷兰番茄营养液配方中49.5%的硝态氮,最有利于番茄幼苗的生长。%It has very important function that using amide nitrogen instead of nitrate nitrogen in the nutri-ent solution formula to stabilize the nutrient solution pH value and decrease the nutrient cost. The experi-ment used tomato as experimental material,using the amide nitrogen(urea)instead of the nitrate nitrogen in Holland tomato nutrient solution formula in the ratio 16.5%,33%,49.5% respectively as nutrient solution to produce tomato seedling,the morphological and physiological indexes of tomato seedlings were observed,the effects of the amide nitrogen instead of nitrate on the growth of tomato seedlings were studied. The result indicated that amide nitrogen replacement of nitrate nitrogen partly can obviously promote the growth of to-mato seedlings,but the relationship between the effects and the quantities of amide nitrogen were not lin-ear if the amide nitrogen were over some quantities. The significantly promoting the growth of tomato seed-lings could be obtained by using amide nitrogen to instead of 49.5% nitrate nitrogen contented in Holland tomato nutrient solution formula to produce tomato seedling.
